By accessing and using SimpleCase™ ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
SimpleCase™ is a comprehensive case management and investigation platform designed for government agencies, law enforcement, and organizations requiring robust complaint and case tracking capabilities.
We offer a 14-day free trial period. During the trial, you have access to all features of the selected plan. No credit card is required for the trial period. After the trial ends, you will be charged the monthly rate unless you cancel or upgrade to yearly billing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
All users must verify their email addresses before accessing the Service. Verification emails are sent immediately upon account creation. Users cannot log in until their email is verified.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to store, transmit, or process any data that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for ensuring the security of your account and data within the Service.
After the trial period, you will be charged monthly unless you select yearly billing. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly subscriptions, access continues until the end of the current billing period. For yearly subscriptions, access continues until the end of the yearly period.
SimpleCase™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
