Everything you need to know about billing, renewals, and plan changes
30-Day Renewal Window: Renewals are only allowed within 30 days of your current period end date. This prevents early renewals and ensures proper billing cycles.
Midnight Rule: New plans always become effective at midnight (12:00 AM) on the day after your current period ends.
Immediate Upgrades: When you upgrade from a monthly plan to a higher tier plan, the new plan takes effect immediately at midnight the next day.
Note: This immediate upgrade only applies to monthly plans. Yearly plans follow standard renewal timing.
Yes, with immediate effect for monthly plans: You can change from monthly to yearly billing for the same plan tier, and it will take effect immediately for monthly subscriptions.
Benefit: You get the yearly discount and longer billing cycle immediately, rather than waiting for your current monthly period to end.
Standard Renewal Timing: Yearly plans follow the standard renewal rules. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
No Proration Policy: We do not offer proration or refunds for unused time when renewing early. You pay for your full current period regardless of when you renew.
